Today is Bristol. Never been here before. Pretty nice town. Our friend Jack Brown came down to the show today. Last time we were over here he came to every show and slept outside. Nice kid.

We had a day off in Dublin and basically didn't do a damn thing. The hotel was conveniently located in the middle of nowhere which meant we sat around the hotel all day until about 7pm. I slept until like 2:30pm. Pretty productive day. We got back on the ferry to get back to the UK. We played a roulette gambling game. I swore I wouldn't touch it but I did and I got sucked into it. At least it was something to do.
I fell asleep for 3 hrs only to be woken up because we were on the ferry. We all had to get up and go into the sitting area of the ship. It was ok at first, but when we got further away from the shore it was really rocky. That with being super tired is not a good combo. Anyways here you go. Tried to upload a video but for some reason it wouldn't work. Maybe I'll be able to do that later.

We're getting on a ferry tonight right after the set to go to Dublin. It's gonna be an adventure. Once we ge tto the ferry we have to wake up and hang out for 2 hrs. Should be pretty interesting. Hopefully I'll have a video or something. For sure will have some pictures. Never been on a ferry before or to Dublin!
My boring day got interesting when I got a chance to leave the hotel and go experience a little of what Edinburgh had to offer. Craig, Dave, and myself went out to dinner. We saw some castles on the way and I tried duck liver for the first time. It was a good dinner. I would have taken more pictures but since I never use my camera, it died on me. Now it's charging.
To kick off the new year the Plain White T's decided to go to a secluded cabin in the middle of Wisconsin to write songs and hang out. Some good came out of the time spent together. We cooked together, we jammed, we played darts, and we were literally in the middle of nowhere. There was a prison down the street from us and the nearest town was about 15mins away and there wasn't much there anyways. It was good to just hang out with each other and have no choice but to play music.

The Rig?The T's rang in the new year this year playing a show to 50,000 people in Toronto. It was probably one of the coolest things we've had the opportunity to do. We didn't think it was going to be as cool as it was but it was. Although it was cold, icy on stage, and snowing while we played it was worth it. My gf took these pictures. She did good.
